Chilli oil is a must-have in any spicy food lovers kitchen and this peppercorn infusion packs a real punch! We use a combination of chillies and Szechuan peppercorns to build heat intensity without losing the flavour integrity of the natural ingredients. Offsetting the spice level with herbs and sweeter elements makes this oil well balanced and deliciously fragrant!
There’s no denying that this chilli oil is HOT, but it will not overwhelm your palate so that you are unable to taste anything else – giving you a fiery but smooth eating experience.

Hi, thank you for your message.
Please go to the ‘recipes’ category and have a browse at the following:
* Chicken & Black Bean recipes – Spicy Garlic Chicken, Spicy Belly Pork
* Peppercorns & Shrimp recipes – Spicy mango & pineapple hot sauce, Spicy Potato & Kale stew (you get less of the shrimpiness and more heat developing)
But feel free to experiment on your own recipes such as a classic King Prawn Stir Fry, Chicken (meat noodles), or even a BBQ ribs, chops and jacket potatoes
Hope this helps 🙂
