Returns policy
Please get in touch if your order has arrived damaged or incomplete and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You can contact us either by email at joe@sunwahfoods.co.uk or calling +44 7763 609 998. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for any unwanted items.
Unused Product Returns
You can return an unused item within 14 days of the date you receive it for a full refund. Contact us by phone or email to let us know to expect your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the lid seal intact and the packaging must be in good condition.

Refunds
On receiving your returned item(s) we will process it to check that it is in good condition and if it is then process your refund. We will make the refund to your payment method for the order, there may be a few days delay on your update being credited to your account depending upon your payment method.
If you haven’t been credited after a few days please contact your bank or card issuer to see how long it may take. If you have done this then please contact us and we do what we can to see where the refund is. Refunds will be for the amount paid by you, including postage if applicable, for the returned item(s).
Shipping
We do not pay for your own shipping costs for any returns unless agreed upon otherwise.
