TIERED SHIPPING

The shipping information is based on a weight class and we use Royal Mail or DHL Parcel UK Next Day service only.

Note: The shipping price will be subject to change as and when the shipping carriers update their prices.

Please bear in mind, we will use additional packing material such as bubble wrap and card to secure all parcels sent via our third party courier service. This is to ensure a safe delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We cannot guarantee that the Chilli Oils won’t break or leak as they are originally housed in glass jars, however, if there is an issue please do not hesitate to contact us and we will exchange or refund your item(s) immediately 🙏

Tier 1

The £4.19 shipping rate is based on items weighing a total of 2kg or under and up to £15, which is equivalent to approximately 4 jars of Chilli Oil. This is sent as a 2nd Class Signed For Service. Delivery is typically 2-4 working days.

If your order was placed on Friday after 12pm then your order will be fulfilled and sent the next working day i.e Monday.

Tier 2

The £8.69 shipping rate will apply to items weighing anything over 2kg and between £15 – £25, which is typically 5 jars or more. This service is sent via DHL Parcel UK or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Next Day service. Delivery is typically the next working day.

If noone is in, the courier may deliver to a neighbour, otherwise they will try again the next working day.

Tier 3

The FREE shipping rate will only apply to orders of £25 and over. This service is sent via DHL Parcel UK or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Next Day service. Delivery is typically the next working day.
